These heel pain wedges are designed to alleviate pressure on muscles, tendons, and joints, making them well-suited for easing lateral or medial heel pain, whether it stems from heel spurs, heel bursitis, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, or simply a long day on one's feet. The pair of inserts have a raised portion that is ¼" tall on one side for lateral or medial unloading. Users can simply flip the insert so that the raised area is at the medial part of the heel for medial unloading or the lateral area for lateral unloading.

The insoles have a self-adhesive backing, allowing them to stay in place while still being repositionable if necessary. The wedges are made of a soft, silicone-like material that is comfortable against the foot. They can be used in conjunction with other insoles or placed directly in the shoe. These latex-free inserts fit easily within both athletic and dress shoes.

The medial and lateral shoe inserts can be used to treat a variety of conditions, such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, stress fractures, pinched nerves, heel spurs, heel pad syndrome, heel bursitis, valgus and varum knee deformities, knee osteoarthritis, and other heel, foot, ankle, knee, and hip disorders. When worn laterally (with the raised portion towards the outside of the legs), they counteract varus knee deformity (bow-leggedness) and can help reduce or prevent medial knee osteoarthritis and medial knee pain. When worn as medial heel cushions (with the raised portion towards the inside of the legs), they counteract valgus alignment (knock-knees) and can reduce the effects of bilateral knee osteoarthritis and lateral knee pain.

These silicone heel inserts are available in a universal size that will fit most adults, both men and women with sizes 5 and above. They are sold as a pair of two insoles, one left and one right. At 4 inches long and 1.5 inches wide, they are not a full-sized insole.

The inserts are perfect for all-day use while standing, walking, running, and other activities, providing relief for conditions such as peroneal tendon inflammation, genu valgum (knock knees) or varum (bow leggedness), arthritis, overpronation (inward foot roll), excess supination (outward foot roll), and uneven foot alignment.

One edge of each insert is raised ¼", providing a 4-degree medical lift for ankle inversion or eversion and the treatment of flat feet, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, stress fractures, shin splints, pinched nerves, heel spurs, heel pad syndrome, and heel bursitis.

The posture-correcting, ankle-rolling guards are constructed of a soft, adhesive silicone-like material that is comfortable against the skin and easy to clean with warm water and soap or wet wipes to restore the sticky outside surface. The unloading gel insoles have a self-adhesive backing, allowing them to stay in place while still being repositionable inside athletic, tennis, dress shoes, or boots for foot, ankle, knee, hip, and low back (sacroiliac joint) pain.
