To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend carefully measuring your thigh circumference about 4 inches above the center of your knee. If you fall between sizes, size up. Our sizing guide is as follows:

The knee sleeves should fit snugly to provide the necessary support. If you're between sizes, go with the larger option. To maintain quality, hand wash the sleeve and let it air dry.
